Morris Family Window and Gutter Cleaning launched as a new owner-operator business in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. The greatest challenge was starting in a new community with no online presence or social proof. Business was focused on the local service area with medium competition.
We implemented a LAUNCH plan that consisted of branding, website development, and community outreach. We then focused our efforts on search engine optimization including: Relevant Keyword Strategy, Additional Web Pages, Local Directories, Blog Implementation, and Backlinks.
We then switched to GROWTH marketing which consisted of social media management and email marketing in order to re-engage previous customers as well as offer referral incentives. This method kept leads coming in during the off-season.
At Month 4, the business ranked in Position #1 for multiple keywords in its main service area as well as 3 surrounding cities.
